FLAVORS
My tried-and-true recipe is for a classic sugar cookie: soft and buttery, sweet with a hint of salt. I prefer to flavor them with vanilla and almond extracts. But I also like to be creative! With sugar cookies, the possibilities are almost endless: think chocolate chips, cinnamon, coconut, freeze-dried fruit, and any extract flavor you can imagine.
production timeline/rush orders
Most customers seek out custom cookies for two basic reasons: they taste and look better than mass-produced cookies. I make sure every order is as fresh as possible — but this takes some planning ahead! I need to ensure I have the right equipment and ingredients. In many cases I use digital software to aid in production and design. Last but not least, the royal icing used to decorate sugar cookies requires time to dry!
For these reasons, I generally require at least two weeks notice for most orders. Depending on the request, I can occasionally take rush orders with a minimum of three days notice. Orders with less time than that are not possible.
Services I don’t offer
I am always expanding my cookie skills by researching, practicing, participating in workshops, and investing in new tools. That said, I will always be honest with clients on what design requests may be outside my skillset. I also do not currently offer vegan, paleo, gluten-free or sugar-free recipe options.
If I don’t offer something you are looking for, I will happily refer you to another Los Angeles-based cookier who may be able to fulfill your cookie vision.
Returns/Refunds
Once orders are picked up, returns are not accepted.
If for some reason your order has not exceeded your expectations, please don’t hesitate to be in touch. We will discuss how to remedy the situation.
